Standard or High Cube?

A High Cube has the same footprint as a 40ft Standard but is about 30 cm taller (2.90 m against 2.59 m externally). That gives roughly 9 m³ more space, about 76 m³ against 67 m³. Choose it for tall or stacked cargo, or for storage conversions where headroom matters. See the 40ft High Cube page.

Open top and flat rack

An open top has an open roof and is loaded from above by crane, for over-height cargo. A flat rack has only a floor and end walls, for oversized or heavy loads. Both are quoted on request.

Which size should I choose?

  • Tight site or modest volume: a 20ft, the easiest to place.
  • Larger storage or general cargo: a 40ft Standard.
  • Tall or stacked cargo, or a conversion: a 40ft High Cube.
  • Oversized or heavy loads: a flat rack. Over-height cargo loaded by crane: an open top.
  • Still not sure: tell us what you're storing and we'll recommend a size.

Externally 6.06 × 2.44 × 2.59 m, with about 33 m³ of space.

About 67 m³ for a Standard and about 76 m³ for a High Cube.
